is there anyone on Pandamonium servur who wants to help me get this i would be verry thankfull, could be fun. an i think this bow would REALY help in CoP missions.

The only thing that truely makes this thing good for all empty (not counting the alright base dmg and acc) the 10% i say again "%"! most rangers at that point have a buttload of dmg +, so that percent will add a heafty amount to it
This is the highest damage bow a Thief can ever equip.

To acquire it from Vhazl means you're past Holla, Dem, and Mea correct? Therefore you wouldn't need it right?!? WRONG you may want to check into something called ENM. A successful run renders 3K exp for a PT of 6 members. If you did a Holla, Dem, Mea run that is 9K exp. If utilized correctly makes life easy. Any other questions, comments, concerns I'm here for ya... or not! :p

So how far up in CoP do you have to go to do this? Whoever gets this better help their lower mission members in their LS =D
you must be on promyvion-vahzl or further to get this, since you fight the NM for it in vahzl.
If ninja can really equip this, it would be amazing.

You have to go through a much higher level Promyvion to get an item that is so useful in the lower level ones! Bummer! Anyone on Gilgamesh wanna help me do this one? :) j/k
I hope I get all this right...
Step 1. Fight the Cerebrator in Promyvion - Holla, to obtain the Cerebrator Remnant.
Step 2. Use the Cerebrator Remnant on the ??? in Promyvion - Vazyl to spawn the Deviator, which will drop a Recollection of Suffering once defeated.
Step 3. Take the Recollection to Harith in Ru'Lude Gardens, as you would to make animas for the empty battles. Instead of receiving an anima though, you would receive this as a reward.

Correct, but it's not a 100% drop.
Just in case it wasn't a pain in the *** enough just to pop the damn thing.
