I'm a Ninja that throws Manji in meripo ^^ very nice belt.
title of post really says it all...this is just really really good for Ninja and warrior/dragoon with the new throwing merits (tomahawk for warrior, and i dont remember the name of the one for dragoon). that being said, the throwing part is worthless to most any other job, but the RA is nice for corsair and ranger...
I had my eye on this for dispelling the enspells on Sky God's, but I've yet to miss at this point, so idk who this belt would really serve.
I'll use this with my Pebble +1's.
