anyone know how to activate the latent on the 3 new capes?
are they /subjob dependant like the lvl30 set or mainjob/ dependant like the lvl50 rings?
just curious really, none of the latents seem worth taking up an equip slot for :/

Not sure but id say prbably main job activated. Seeing how theres a pirates cape and this is an imortals cape. Id say pirates is cor main activated and imortals is blu main activated. Like i said im not sure but it makes sence i guess.
