its lvl 71ish bonecraft and 60ish woodworkin and goldsmithing
well... heres to all the ppl wanting one of these. i have made a second one and its signed w00000t. i also got my Linkshell friend Damar from littleGamers linkshell to post the pic of this about a week ago, just taking them a while now.

i would just like to say i have made one of these personally. i am a blackmage and have plans for it for myself. Although am willing to sell due to the fact that i made like 30 of the normals and on around my 31st try i got the +1 version but didnt sign it (was the only one of the 31 i didnt sign ><).
i am on phoenix server and have the only one currently on server (i know this because i talk to the other people crafting them and they say not yet ^^)
i would absolutely love to post a picture of the +1 but the damn PS2 version doesnt allow pics of the items bios... maybe i'll get a friend on LittleGamers Linkshell to post a pic for everyone to see ^^
