The more charisma you have the more chance of the "Killer Traits" activating. This would explain why the Koenig/Kaiser set has so much Charisma on. (The Shield has "Beast Killer" on it).
If this is right, imagine the Koenig Gear compared with the Tatami Shield :P

chr has one use for PLD, it affects the strength of your provoke, more chr move voking power :D

CHR has NO EFFECT on Provoke WHATSOEVER.. only Enmity.. and Level..
if a level 5 war provokes. then a 75war provokes the 75 war will take hate. even with -enmity. another thing CHR does is enhances Killer effects.. and +11 CHR is NUTZ on your head. ALSO ive heard rumors of enhances ur block. AGI / CHR = Shield thats just rumor though not too sure if its true but it makes sense. ever fiddled with a brd or bst in full chr gear with a shield??? they block ALOT

ALSO if CHR was useless to a Warrior and a Paladin WHICH ARE THE BEST TANKS...

HERES YOUR EXPLANATION... TELL ME AGAIN HOW MUCH CHR YOU HAVE @ 75 AS OPPOSED TO 5?!?! way to prove your own theory wrong >.> if you have 60 CHR... OF COURSE HAVING MINUS A FEW EMNITY WONT MATTER! CHR being tied to provoke makes perfectly logical sense. If you can come up with something meaner to say (yeah. DUUUH provoke isnt an attack so your character obviously makes fun of the mob) then you will get more hate >< jesus people think before you type and post that it has no effect BECAUSE IT DOES.

CHR has nothin to do with Provoke, mainly BRD songs, Charm/Tame, and Job Traits effected by higher CHR

Actually the kaiser/koenig sheild does not have beast killer on it. It enhances the effect, but unless you already have the trait added by you job/subjob, it will not add the trait.
Edit- found out that it does in fact add the trait, amazing how wrong you can be while you think your completely right XD sorry for any confusion this post caused.

Apparently CHR affects how quickly/slowly your hate with a mob will disappear, with higher CHR the longer it takes for the hate to go away, with lower CHR the hate will go away quicker, if so would mean char can have a benefit to tanks in that with the longer it takes for hate to go away the more hate they'll accumalate.
According to SE, CHR has no effect on Emnity
i still say this is crap for war.....

well, i got the -1 schaller, and i just joined a hnmls in cerberus, fought seiriu 1 time, it was fun, and no martial drop, a ls member did get seiriu's kote for which im happy, as soon as i uncurse the item i shall post again
