For the Pyracmon part of the event, to get the nation teleport collars, the Eerie Cloak, and the Eerie Cloak +1:
Speak to the Moogle outside a city. He'll send you to kill Wraith Bats first.
Kill up to 30 Wraith Bats (more is overkill), then RETURN TO THE MOOGLE for the "enlightenment" effect so that you are able to do damage to Pyracmon.
Tell the Moogle that you're ready to take on Pyracmon.
Each Wraith Bat you killed, up to 30, makes the "enlighten" effect you get from the Moogle let you do one point of damage (per bat killed) to Pyracmon when you go after him. So 30 Wraith Bats killed = 30 points of damage you do to Pyracmon per hit.
If you don't kill more than maybe ten or eleven bats after you've received the Eerie Cloak and are trying for the +1, you'll get food like Jack-o'-Lanterns and Pumpkin Cake.
If you're patient and kill the full 30 bats or a little less, you can easily solo Pyracmon numerous times to get the three nation teleport pieces that drop from him, especially if you get Regen from the nearby Field Manual or by any other means. You can sometimes get two or more to drop in one kill.
If you do want to solo him, keep in mind that he works like the mobs in Campaign where mobs can't be "claimed." Anyone can jump in.
Oh, and when he readies Monacular Scowl, unlock and turn your back to him, because if he takes off your enlighten effect there's no point in continuing to fight him as you'll do no damage at all.

I just got two of these off of a kill of Pyracmon (Obtained one, other one was tossed from the pool). I did the entire kill, solo. When other people helped kill, no items dropped, regardless if I got the winning blow or not.

This teleport item can be obtained in the Feast of Swords event in two ways.
1. Kill all four armors (excluding the Omodaka Armor - Mithra) in the same zone without zoning or HPing after death. The easiest way to do this was to keep reraise on, in case of death. After the fourth one dies, you will receive the teleport item for the country that holds that region as your reward.
The other four armors are:
Ubuginu Armor (Tarutaru)
Tatenashi Armor (Hume)
Hachiryu Armor (Galka)
Hizamaru Armor (Elvaan)

The Stable Collars are being dropped in Sandy at the Sword Festival. I got mine about 8 battles. Good Luck!!

Ive had this for a couple months finally used it up, is there any way to recharge it?

The Kingdom Stables Collar (KSC) is obtainable through the various Moogle events held each year around Vana'diel. It comes with 10 charges with a recharge rate of 24 hours. The KSC is very beneficial when you want to leave your homepoint somewhere (like Al Zhabi) and still be able to get back to your home country (like when doing the Aht Urghan Missions). It has been availble since 2004, most recently acquireable in 2006 (when those pesky LVL 1 Samurai were running around outside of town). The only thing I don't know is if it's rechargeable (sadly I don't think it is).

I obtained this item from my moogle during the adveture apreciation campain going on right now. i did not during feast of swords. thats me however :P
ive used it twice to get to sandy from dunes prechocobo.
i offered to wait in bastok and windurst and i said gimme my present now in sandoria (where i am from) i dont know if that affected anything at all just thought its helpful info in case. :)

The same thing happened to me,. I got it during the appreciation campain by talking to the moogle in Bastok and waiting and picking it up in Sandy. You might be on to something there.
I also got this from this year's "Feast of Swords" event but im not sure what the conditions are, i take it you can use it wherever you like unlike* the crappy return ring which has annoying conditions that need to be met before you can use it...

I don't know how yet, but it was the first item I had ever gotten that had a limmitted enchantment on it, so I actually called up Square to verify and one of their reps told me that it does have a limmitted # of uses but that once used up those uses could be recharged. Don't know how this is possible but if one of you find out, please let me know... I love this item!!!

I used mine all up a couple days ago and tossed it. This came in handy a lot when I didn't have the Chocobo Liscence.

If you did not get this you can not still get on, unless SE decides to make them obtainable again which would be unlikely except possibly in next years new years event. Also, if you use up the charges there is no way to recharge it whatsoever.
