I got this item by finding a Mog Tablet and going to RuLune Gardens in Jeuno. I also got a Noble's Bed for my Mog House.

no info yet, however if you check the name "Kupofrid's" it makes obvious reference to Mogs.
im guessing is either something with the token thing and mog sachel, or something with the next expansion (not crystaline profesy but the one with the mog like title)
