I was very disappointed when I saw the stats on this cape, especially after comparing it to some of the other jobs relic capes/belts, such as:
Warrior's Stone - Def: 5 STR: 5 Accuracy: 7 Opponent's Critical Hit Rate: -2%
Abyss Cape - Def: 6 Accuracy: 7 Magic Accuracy: 7 Weapon Skill Accuracy: 7
Assassin's Cape - Def: 7 DEX: 4 AGI: 4 Enmity: 5
Saotome koshi-ate - Def: 5 DEX: 5 Accuracy: 7 Ranged Accuracy: 7
Koga Sarashi - Def: 4 Evasion: 4 Haste: 4% Magic Accuracy: 2
Duelist's Belt - Def: 4 INT: 4 MND: 4 HP Regeneration While Healing: 4
MP Regeneration While Healing: 4
I don't really see it as fair that almost every job got something they can wear 100% of the time, and MNK gets chi/chakra/resting macro gear, but then, MNK has been gettin crapped on since as long as I can remember, maybe one day SE will give us some love, instead of focusing only on their "preferred jobs", (read NIN,RDM), just be nice to see MNKs get some love for once =/

Looked over some of the larger 11 sights that I know of, found one other reference to this item, but no description on how to obtain it. Anyone know how you go about getting this thing?
Great for Chakra too. I don't know of any back piece (other than Shadow Mantle) that has more VIT.
