Got to choose either Charm wand or Miracle wand at my first run with 98 points.

Just stating the obvious, but it is confirmed (by me): This wand is one of the rewards of the Valentione's day event 2007. When equipped the wand looks identical to the charm wand. Also it can be signed by the same means as the charm wand (aka completing the event with someone else, in a two person party)
Its going to be obtained for the valtine event coming this feb.
How do I obtain this?
I'm guessing this wand is like the one from last years Valtine event.
