i kinda figure the cap for orichalcum rings is higher then 95.
when u go the the npc in the guild who shows the recipes for ranks , as you progress .....
for every 1.0 you progress, new recipes show up , and from the current alla printouts , they seem to appear, once you cannot gain from them anymore.
this happened to me with the platinum gemmed rings , and for the last 3.0 in items in the list.
im just assuming the cap is at least 96.0 or higher , but once i hit 96.0 , i will repost , and let everyone know if it pops up in the recipe list.

FYI Orchalicum if found Mining in Ifrits Cauldron and a couple other places so if you want someobody to make you a ring you are gonna have to mine it yourself, then have that person make it. the level to make it is like 92+ some help from the goldsmithing place in bastok but, other than that good luck finding or puchasing it anwhere elce

I goldsmith a bit myself and i think it's a pretty safe bet to say these are made from two Orichalcum ingots. I don't think there's a goldsmithing ring that is made from anything else. But, sadly i'm about 80+ levels from being able to try it out...

I got this off Mystery Tour, it said the recipe is:

Well, I'm not sufficiently high enough in GS to test it out, but ALL the other rings have the same recipe, so it is almost surely:
Goldsmithing (~80ish maybe?):

My guess would be lvl 95 to make this, since orihalcum ingot is a lvl 89 synth, its safe to say its above lvl 80 lol
