I know this might end up being s "preference" question, but I'm hoping someone here might have tested it. As a 42 NIN with capped parry and eva skills, which would make a more noticable difference? the +3 eva skill or the +3 parry skill? I know at 65 lots of NIN i know go nuts over Praefectus gloves(sp) the bastokan CP that gives +5 parry skill. I've noticed i parry quite a bit, not as much as i dodge, but i've got alot of +agi gear so i'm not entirely sure if its because my skill is capped.
It's Punctilious Vision... got mine off of Promyvion-Holla, personally, but any vision can drop from any of them. Trade it to Vanessa in Ru'lude Gardens and you'll get this earring. Sells for ~100K on Carbuncle as of 5/28/05.

Obtained by trading a Puctilious (sp?) Vision to the ENM NPC. Visions are from the Spire Holla/Dem/Mea ENM30s.
Worth currently about 200k on Ramuh. One of the cheaper ENM dropped earrings.
