You can buy this from the Marble Bridge tavern in Upper Jeuno. With max fame, it cost me 1,400gil each.
Additional notes: Windurstian citizen, Windurst is in 3rd. Probably irrelevant, but just in case, since I don't remember seeing Pea Soup there before, but I also hadn't been looking for it.

Excellent post, rate up! I just checked this out and its true, had to switch to thf since it was "thf day" to enter. but while youre there buying the pea soup for GP's be sure to talk to the guy behind the counter he will give you a key item so you know as soon as you enter upper jueno what job is allowed in for the day.

It seems every time the guild asks for this item for guild points no one controls Norvallen. This is one of the items so generiously camped on my server, so in order to get my guild points for the day I'd end up paying ~30k. It'd be one thing if it was camped and then resold at 2, or even 3 times the price...but it's at over 1000% inflation. I'd like to thank the greedy few for ******** everyone else over.

there is a quest in sandy that you can get the peas from it requires 70 gil each and and really annoying. check out blue peas and vender abio... north sandy

The Guild Point cap is 2640 for this item, so prepare 10 normal quality synths to max it out.

Yep, they don't care where you got the item from so long as you hand it over.
Pea soup is the item guild asks when you ready to move up to the next rank in skill level.
