I plan to use this when farming elementals in sky...blms don't have any other ranged items they can throw other than 250k phantom tathlums, so it's a nice space saver and pretty convenient.

If you really wanted to raise your throwing skill, just get a boomerang.... no need to fuss around with ammo

Hmmm, well this is just theory but maybe it’s so you can raise your throwing skill quickly. Since you won’t get your ammo back its best to use something cheep and pebbles are cheap, but also this way you don’t have to go back to town when you run out.
like it says, u get a full stack of pebble's for each use, the "cast" time is 30 seconds and then u get 12 pebble's then the timer reset's and u have to wait 1 hour for another 12 pebble's..
Same question here, does it have the ability to "Recharge" .... if not u buy 288 pebble's for around 10K and a stack of pebble's is 400 gil

It's probably rechargeable, since it's synthed. As far as usefullness goes, this thing's overly expensive and worthless.
Besides, RDM/PAL/SAM can't use it... WHY CAN'T WE THROW THE FIRST STONE?!?!

From what I've been able to gather elsewhere, items with charges don't recharge. It could be wrong, but if there IS a way, nobody's figured it out yet...
From what i've been reading once all the charges are used, the item reverts back to a Leather Pouch Then you would be able to resynth it into a Pellet Belt.

Negative. No charge based item reverts to anything. It is a consumable just like food. Best desynth someone has had from this line of items was a HQ animation and a sheep leather.
Bought one last night, it dipsenses a stack of 12 pebbles each use so 12 X 24 uses=288 pebbles
