Sup can any1 verify this info how is this ring activated?

its possible but ive heard most latent effects turn on when your hp is in the yellow or red. can anyone confirm this? even if thats true thats when you need the effect most. or it maybe tiggered at 100% tp like someone said the ronin ring was.

Just a Theory: maybe the latent effect is triggered by equiping the BCNM50 ring by the same name?
