well the stats are good but my main question is where do you pick this lance up. on ramuh there has only been one sold for 40k. now what I would like to know Is it crafted or quested or treasure chest/coffer.

It has enlight charges, 30 (confirmed). Its like RDMs enfire but light.... but RDMs dont have enlight

This is unconfirmed, but that spell is apparantly the light equivalent of the elemental en- spells (like En-thunder or en-aero). It makes all the attacks do light-based damage, in other words.
