heh....with this and Scouts feet i could end up with +122 ranged attack...now if only some luck would let either of those drop so i know they are real the world of Ramuh would be a better place...at least for me.^^ Good luck on your drops!!
I have seen it drop in Buburimu and lost lot.
The next week, I saw it drop in Qufim, and I won that one.
So confirmed areas:

Just got this sweet belt couple weeks ago in Dynamis- Buburimu. Don't know if it drops off any other Nightmare mobs but seems to come from the Nightmare Ravens (birds) in the area. Far as i've seen: Beastmen there drop the AF2 armor, Nightmare mobs drop belts/capes and AF2- gear. But belt definatly drops off Nightmare Ravens in Dynamis - Buburimu ^^
And yes it is AGI+5 Ranged Accuracy+7 Ranged Attack+7 - sweet stats! I submitted a screen shot of it, hope it gets accepted =)

I know it comes from dynamis buburimu at least - not sure if it comes from any others.

It is actually:
Ranged Attack +7
Ranged Accuracy +7
This belt gives no regular accuracy bonus.
That quoted material is for the SAM belt, I believe....
If your right this is the greatest ever belt for endgame ranger's. Cant wait to get my hands on one then put my hands where they don't belong....
