so, how come BLU can't use this or a Ridil? im j/w.. i thought curved blades like scimitars and such were the choice weapons of BLU's yet they cant use 2 of prob the best swords in this game next to Joy and Excalibur

ahh yes ; ; It makes me sad BLU cannot use this sword... its so perfect 45 base dmg is hot. right now I am dual wielding a Senior Musketeer Scimatar and a Ifrit's Blade.. but alas That really best I can get atm without paying the absurd prices for Demon Slayer Wyrm Slayer swords etc...

I to low of a level to equip this weapon(69 lvls) i just made a new theif char.but i cant wait to equip this. IF anyone would like to help get to level 74 it would be greatly appreciated.
This is the only piece of the God equipment that a thf can wear /cry, they didnt want SATA to be TOO godly I guess.
I'm still mad at this greedy Drk that would lot on every piece of sky equip he could use.

Plantoid killer works without bst yeah, i got this sword a week ago from seiryu, fought some tree's and other plant-type monsters and noticed i had alot of : The walking tree / goobbue is intimidated by mysticalrhypon's presence.. in my log. Also i had more damage vs these guy's.
This sword looks soo nice.
Plantoid Killer works even without BST.

It works on Goobues too.

this sword will give you plantoid killer whether your a Bst or not.
does that mean arete del sol gives you all 3 effects even if u dont have the rite jobs?

Plantoid Killer is a BST ability and BSTs r an E with swords which means their damage and accuracy will be very bad unless they r duel wielding this and an axe. This is a lvl 60 ja so this cant be gained through a subjob.
Duel Wielding this and a Ridill would look NICE.

Uhh, what does "Plantoid Killer Ability" mean?
Plantoid Killer = Advantage against plants. (e.g. Wandering Saplings / Walking Trees) BST is the job that has/needs this, so that's why its available.
Some jobs have an ability called 'Platoid Killer' that allows them to deal extra damage to Plantoids. This weapon just enhances that extra damage.

actually, im a bst, the "~ Killer" effects and job traits do not increase damage dealt to enemies of that type. Occasionally enemies of that type have their physical attacks stopped because they are intimidated.
