NPC says you need 1 Wind Crystall and 2 Seashells.
I'd think NPC is right.

These are easy to make and once you hit level 7 in bonecrafting you can make +1 versions of these ^_^

I agree that these are very easy...I was able to make about 5 of these without failing when I was only level 1...these are one of the easiest bonecrafting items to make

I did this in about 10mim; witch was the time just to grab a few people passing by. I had to offer some of them a few gil(25) but it takes little time and you can always use a little more protection when it comes to elements.
