Anyone know if you can fish up these NM with a fishing skill of zero?

theres only one of these sold at ah and the guy sold it to himself, and that was last year. did anybody get the drop?

I fished this nm up yesterday. LOL. This ( Bio ) hatch is hard as hell to solo. I have bst Affinity capped and struggle with very few nms. I got this bad boy down to 55% after 2 jugs & 1 2hr, and found myself kiting it around the bridge of the ship waiting for recall Bst. Thought i was doing a good job until the (*******)(Sword)decided to start taking short cuts through the bridge doors...lol. At this point ( As i was out fishing only and had not expected to fight) i ran out of utsem' tools and jugs so stuck an ocean pugil against it and instant warped. Thinking about it I was lucky the pug hit on first try as otherwise a few misses from pugil and i would have been owned ^^

i saw a rdm and two ninjas trio this and they took it on with ease, i cure 3'd em a bit and hasted em, the nm does use silencga so use echo drops

I fought this NM with me and a 75 BRD that fished it up. me as 62 war. we got owned with ease, it was redeciouls lasted about 5 min if even that.
