Windurstian Pole
The HQ of Windurstian Pole is the Federation Pole. There is no mention of Federation Pole on this website as of yet. I have seen price history for it at Jeuno and Bastok AH's (Carbuncle server), price range of about 7000-9000. It is not sold often (there is at least 1 month interval between price history listings).
I will double check tonight but the stats are:
DMG:24 - Attack +5. I do not recall off hand what the delay is, although I am sure it is slightly lower.

If I am correct, this is a woodcrafting result from crafting a Mercenary's pole with something else. As of today, there is no recipe :(
There may also be a +1 result, federation pole I think Can anyone confirm this recipe?
