Its pretty much luck to get any of the +1 Zenith items, or any of the od armor for that matter. You have to craft on the perfect day with the perfect conditions and have Adv. Synth support. Even then, its still an extremely slim chance to get HQ.
thats not entirely true with items like the zenith set. If you will noticethe ingredients. Zenith +1 requires the Cursed item -1. When crafting the Cursed mits for example, the HQ result would be Cursed mits -1, and when used to make zeniths, would be made into Zenith +1. The real luck with it lies in getting cursed mits -1

nothin beats muffins, well maybe these gloves, hey i bet you could bake muffins with these, they kinda look like oven mits
