lol, they dont come back :P does it look like it would come back? thats like saying if u toss a bag of chips it will come back dude.... unless your tossing it up but thats beside the point.
Yes its made for Unlimited shot onry, they arnt "OMFG UBER" -.- they do what they do, they dispel. Most HNMLS will give them to RNG for free as long as they have caped throwing. I dont know for sure, but I dont think it works with EES.

The 4 winds are GUARANTEED drops of the 4 gods (each drops 1 wind). They are ammo, have additional dmg effect and each wind can dispel the enspell of 1 of the 4 gods. Throwing themmeans using them up,they dont work with EES and do neither work with barrage nor stack cauz they are rare.
Er...fairly sure this creates a dispel effect when used on a god? I mean it seems kind of pointless on it's own...

Asura server people are selling this stuff for 20k so i dont think is that rare.
No, it does not return when thrown (it's like a pebble.)
On the plus side, you CAN make use of it by doing, say, Unlimited Shot -> Eagle Eye Shot with it.

if this thing has 250 dmg with 276 delay thats about 1.104 delay per 1 damage (u can check on your calulator). that nasty damage.
It won't DO 250 damage. It's just like any other weapon - based on skill and your stats (agi for thrown+ranged weapons, I believe.)
A weapon with 70DMG can easily do 180-ish or more to some lower level monsters. Respectively, this could break 600 damage on lower-level stuff.

yesh its scary...but consider...its a rare drop off a Hyper NM, and its lv 71...its good, but expensive and hard to get...there ya go

Strange enough, I'm on Alexander server, and I've seen people walking around w/ one in their bazaars. 15k a piece. So far I've seen 3. Anarctic Wind, Arctic Wind, and one other one. If they DO come back to you when thrown, then this price is DEFINATELY worth it.

Nice try, but thats not what Rare means. Rare means its not common and harder to find than a normal item. Ex = Exclusive. Exclusive means that its only yours.
actually, that's exactly what rare means. You can only have one. Haven't you ever wondered why you don't see people with dual kraken clubs? o.0
