This item can be obtained in the Feast of Swords event in two ways.
1. Kill all four armors (excluding the Omodaka Armor - Mithra) in the same zone without zoning or HPing after death. The easiest way to do this was to keep reraise on, in case of death. After the fourth one dies, you will receive the teleport item for the country that holds that region as your reward.
The other four armors are:
Ubuginu Armor (Tarutaru)
Tatenashi Armor (Hume)
Hachiryu Armor (Galka)
Hizamaru Armor (Elvaan)
2. Kill the Omodaka Armor (Mithra). This can take some time and man power, as she hits much harder and faster than the other armors. Once she dies, you will recieve the teleport item for the country that holds that region as your reward.

Ive gotten one of these as a prize for killing Hachiryu Armor in East Sarutabuta just a short time ago. Its about time we get these fun things back ^^
I just used my last charge on this thing and really wish it could be recharged. Oh well, I am clearing out my MH so out it goes...

i got it in the 2006 adventure campaign, just had to wait 3 times moggle asked if i wanted my gift now...wish it could be rechared, it sure helps with getting around

If you did not get this you can not still get on, unless SE decides to make them obtainable again which would be unlikely except possibly in next years new years event. Also, if you use up the charges there is no way to recharge it whatsoever.
