Trade this and a Gem of the East to a ??? in L-8 of Ru'Aun gardens to spawn Seiryu, an HNM.
All four 'season' stones (Summerstone, etc) have similar uses. They all spawn HNMs when you trade them to ??? spots in Ru'Aun Gardens.
