- Lottery spawn of the Eo'Zdei that spawn at (C-7/8), (E-13), (H-4), (J-13), and (M-7/8) on the first map of the Grand Palace of Hu'Xzoi.
- The (J-13) spawn location is only accessible by using the elevator at (G-12) and traveling westward on the second map until reaching the elevator at (K-12)
Jailer of Temperance Spawn Locations - Will randomly switch between a closed form, a ringed form, and a poled form, which determine what type of physical damage it is or is not immune to.
- Poled form - Weak to Piercing damage. Immune to Blunt and Slashing damage.
- Closed form - Weak to Blunt damage. Immune to Slashing and Piercing damage.
- Immune to all direct magic damage. DoT and debuffs are still able to land.
- Can take magical damage from a Corsair's Quick Draw ability.
- Optic Induration - Frontal cone AoE physical damage with additional Petrification and Enmity down effects. (Attack ignores shadows).
- Unlike normal Zdei type mobs, Jailer of Temperance can perform Optic Induration after a single "charge".
- When not under the effects of Meikyo Shisui, Jailer of Temperance will still always attempt to use this ability twice.
- Reactor Cool - Self target Defense boost and Ice Spikes effects. (Defense boost effect can be dispelled).
- Decayed Filament - AoE physical damage with an additional Poison effect.
- Can only be used when poles are out.
- Static Filament - Frontal cone AoE physical damage with an additional Stun effect.
- Can only be used when poles are out.
- Reactor Overheat - Frontal cone AoE physical damage with an additional Plague effect.
- Can only be used when rings are out.
- Reactor Overload - AoE physical damage with an additional Silence effect.
- Can only be used when rings are out.
- Meikyo Shisui - Gives Jailer of Temperance 300% TP and reduces the cost of all TP moves during the duration of effect to 100% TP.
- Can perform this multiple times.
