I was testing to see how effective this spell was against anticans, however, even with rdm/brd with resist silence 2 and barsilence, I was still silenced every time the ant used it's aoe silence spell. My enhancing magic was also over 200 so I know it's not because of a lack of ehancing magic. I'd say this gives resistance similar to resist silence 1 or maybe even 1/2.

Again this spell is called "Barsilence" and gives the caster resistance vs silence spells and abilities of monsters

Where can I get this spell? On my server (Cerberus) it's been hard to come by on all the AHs. Is it a quest item? Which mob drops it? Any information would be great...
