Ok - I just got this in Giddeus at lvl 9 solo from a Yagudo Initiate after it used Double Kick on me. wtf o.O. I said you ???? ??? godam ??? ??? killed it with Foot Kick and got the spell lol.

Like the subject says I cannot learn this ability. I have tried. I learned each otehr spell up to lvl 12 and Helldive before I have been able to learn this. After I learned all other I soloed trying to learn this. No trouble killing the Yag's but either they don't use Feather Storm or I don't learn it.
I want all the spells, but this one is frustrating.
While I don't plan to use Feather Storm, the effort I have put into it is frustrating.
Good news though I learned Sheep Song 1/1 the other day.

feather storm is a really useful spell dude, rethink not using it, my blu friend was helpin me with kazham keys, hes level 58, he used feather storm for 320+ each time, im like, dude, thats a ff version of a machine gun lol

yeah hey i got this at lvl 9 lol u just cant use it until 12 same goes with any higher lvl spells i got it in giddeus while i was gettin pled. i like quasyshroom better cuz it does more damage even though it costs a bit more

i got this as a lvl 20 in west saruta(1st try) and usually it does around 50 on exp mobs, which is a little less than bludgeon. i'd say it's worth it

That is madness lol.
I started at level 11 trying to get it, finally got it at just before 13.
Got hit by over 40 feather storms (I died.... a lot, i just stayed near teleport-mea and got raises =P) I AzureLore'd it 7 times and got it on the 7th
If I were to do this one again, I would make it my last of the beastmen wait till I was atleast level 12 with capped blue magic and pull yags to teleport-mea incase something bad happens. Have patience, a lot of other people have told me this one takes a while. I can't speak for my stats but there pretty average, mithra BLU/WAR with no fantastic gear but nothing very noobish =)
The funny thing is I got it after saying i'm gonna take a break from BLU and bloodport to Jeuno on this Persecutor so I guess I'm semi-lucky.
Have patience with this one!!!
