this does look very useful in PvP. But if only this could be used in Promys lol the bosses wouldnt have TP to use the "WS"

This spell gives Plague status, which drains MP and TP... Its beautiful for ballista IMO, but also seems useful for reducing the rate monsters' WS if it's as effective on them as it is on us (-5 TP per tick, not sure about MP).
I know a couple people that are looking for a WHM Hauby from the NM in Isle of Purg., in Bibiki Bay. This could be really useful since the mob retreats into his shell alot and recovers HP.

ok ive heard many a person say that Lowing is just useless. But i highly doubt a spell would be added that did nothing effective. Couldnt Lowing be used to stop some mobs auto-regen? Like the golem for PM 5-1 in Pso'Xja? Or it could be useful for preventing a mob from regaining hp, and allow you to zone and come back at full power? Sorry if these are dumb questions >.<

Maybe when it was first introduced with the job, but with the new merit ability this is a very cool spell if you gear up to use it. Duration still not as long as i would like though.
