Sadly, only ppl in your party/alliance can benefit from this spell. But on the bright side, BLUs will not be called upon to PL that much lol.

I learned this one from the Opo-Opos in Bibiki Bay. It was almost too easy!! I was a lvl 55BLU/27NIN Galka. Talk about your complete victory! I walked in about 4p vana'diel time and walked out at 4:45p same day vana'diel time. learned it off my first Opo-opo I've ever fought... way too easy. Good luck on your adventures.
