So far i just cant seem to get this move from besieged, thinkin of grabin a couple smn's and goin to kill the wyverns in Gustav tunnel. Anyone know if they use Radiant breathe?

I'd like to know if you can learn from Fomor Dragoon wyvrns as well... It'd be nice to know.

This is a very evasive spell when it wants to be. You can learn this from most all Wyvern type mobs, (does not include dragons or shadow dragons). War Wyverns in Besieged, you can learn them from as long as a party member or an alliance member kills it, you yourself don't have to be engaged to actually learn it (given he has indeed used it), So far the absolute easiest place to obtain this is Rivern Site #B01 simply because a trio, with a healer and a tank, including you can easily handle them. as for Wyverns outside of Rivern site, all of them are 75+

is it possible to learn this spell from besieged? I have tried but the lvl 7 mobs keep killing me when the wyverns come out.
