No, they're considered 2 separate effects. When this occurs, the game registers both a +1 to HP from Regen and a -1 HP from Rasp or what other DoT you have on you at the time. This is a stacked effect, it's not cancellation.

The only reason why on my server (pheonix) the price of stuff is so expesive is these guys buy stuff at 10X the price is to make sure they get then people put the price up. I think this suck.

I bought mine in Mauhra. You have to find the warehouse. Inside the warehouse at position G-9 stands Pikini-Mikini. You can buy it from him. It is cheaper than at most AH.

I bought mine in Selbina for about 2500G, I believe.
It is about $4400 from Mhaura. Mhuara also sells Regen II and poisonage.
Has anyone ever tried Divine Seal+Regen?
I did before, it didn't work.
I haven't tried it, but it most likely wouldn't do anything since this is an Enhancing spell and Divine Seal only helps Healing spells.
OK, the cast tie on this is far from instant. More like 7 sec or so.
Yes, they need to fix the cast time. It sure isn't instant. It takes significantly longer to cast Regen over a Cure spell.
Ok i now have all the information on where i can purchase it in Mhuara, but nobody has mentioned how much it cost from the little taru. Could someone give me a price so i can at least prepare myself ahead of time of how much its going to hurt the wallet?

This spell will drop from Boggarts either in Meripthaud Mountains or Horutoto Ruins.

yay! finally a spell red mages get at the same time as a white mage! very few of those in our repotoire, i might add...

If youre a cheapskate or just like to fight, the spell drops off Bogys in mhaura.
I'm pretty sure how long it lasts is based on your enhancement skill (like most other buffs). I can't give the numbers for lower skill levels, but I timed it out with my enhancement skill level (83). It lasted on average 2 minutes. The shortest was about 90 seconds, and the longest was 135 seconds. I know it didn't last that long when I first got it (with an enhancement skill of 15). If I remember right, I was lucky to have it last a minute.

It's definitely for sale in Mhaura. BUT, I find that it's actually a bit cheaper to buy in the Windurst AH, at least in Carbuncle. If you have to find it at the vendor, tho, it's in the little junky warehouse down by the water (near Vera). There's an NPC in there that sells a mix of things including Sleepga and some weird stuff.

The recast time for this spell is 12 seconds. However, if you're writing a macro for this spell with a "ready" indicator, the wait should be 16-17.
