Any one ever wonder what effects seigan + third eye effectiveness? Like I wonder if a mobs accuracy, level and attack delay plays a part in determining how many of its attacks you will anticipate? It makes common sense right? if something attacks slow you can see it coming, if somethings weaker than you, you overwhelm it, and if it has low accuracy it misses a lot anyway? Ive noticed that when I fight things at or below DC, i usually pull off 4-6 anticipates on average, and when im fighting T's and up it drops down to 2-3 and rarely 4, 5 & 6 . You see what im saying? Idk fissure just a thought. I think its a cool theory tho. Makes sam seem more dynamic and cool in "more realistic sword fighting sense" in my opinion. reminds me of samurai champloo lol.
