one person told me that if you don't move, you won't be agrod by sound, but another person told me otherwise. I was wondering if anyone has any experience with this or has experimented?
I've been right next to mobs and not moved, who agro by sound, and cast sneak as they where next to me and they didn't agro. However I just recently got agrod by a mob who others told me doesn't agro by sight.. I didn't think that I moved. That's why I was wondering. thanks

i was escorting a 1st level rdm through jugner forest and found to my surprise i could not cast sneak on him. would there be any reason for this? too low level? not partied with him? the above says that i can select a target, but it would not let me select him. strange. . .

You have to be in the same group as the person you are casting this on. Works same for spells like Invisible, Deordize, etc.

How long does it last? I was with my LS and we seemed to have to cast it every 10 seconds in one part of the trip, and every 2 min towards the end of the journey.
And there is a rumor that the less equipment you carry, the longer it lasts. An LS buddy told me that it has to do with the level of who it is being cast on. The higher you are, the longer it lasts on you. Does anyone know the truth to this?

It is random with the casters Enhancing magic used as a moderate variable.

Got one from an Amethyst Quadav (sp?) in South Gustaburg tonight. Was leveling my whm sub for my rdm and was kinda surprised to see a level 20 spell on a level 5ish monster. =P

so far i i know they drop off of Yagudos Acolytes cause i just got one
i find it very funny walking around thru Qufim and seeing WHM and RDM getting chased by the undead when all they hafta do is cast this
thats right most undead can't detect you with this spell up (i say most because there might be some sighted undead i havent found yet)

Magic user Yagudos drop this I know for sure, because while playing today, I got 2 of these scrolls within 30 mins. This is just pure luck that I got 2 so easily, but they don't sell very well at the AH and I haven't checked their pricing if I was to sell it to an NPC. I'll get back to this if I do see that selling it to an NPC is better than putting it up at the AH.
