Captain's Log While on station at Earth Spacedock we communicated with Admiral Quinn and we received the following mission: Stop the Klingon Augments from altering the timeline and rescue Miral Paris. Your Rank must be at least LC 2 to receive full credit from this Mission. Rewards 309 Skill Points 180 Bridge Officer Skill Points 207 Starfleet Merits Plus one of the following: Efficient Impulse Engines Mk IV Paratrinic Shield Array Mk IV Plasma-Disruptor Hybrid Beam Array Mk IV Electro-Plasma Dual Heavy Cannons Mk IV

Apparently there is a Minimum Rank you need to be to do some of these. This is apparently a Secondary Mission of City on the Edge of Never but I was ineligible (I was LC 1) at the time I got it so it says I will get reduced rewards. Apparently when this happens you are offered the Mission again, so you can complete it for the full rewards. If you talk to Admiral Quinn while still in orbit at Gateway you can "resume" the mission immediately. For me it "resumed" with Time Savior. I assume the "minimum" for this Mission is LC 2.
