Usage	/seacom (line #) (message)
Description	Allows a player to edit and save a search comment.
Example	/seacom 1 Hello /sc 2 "My name is Bob!" /sc 3 "I would like a party invitation!"

Search comments can only be three lines long, with a maximum of 40 characters per line.
Messages with spaces must be enclosed in quotation marks, as shown above.
Using this command will automatically register your search comment under the search result for EXP Party >>> Seek Party. To change this, set the category name and subcategory number with /seacomup.
