Historical Information

In Aztec mythology, Acolnahuacatl (also known as Acolmiztli) was a god of Mictlan (the Aztec Underworld) that kept the living from entering the realm of the dead. His name meaning, "Arm of Puma" in Nahuatl, Acolnahuacatl was depicted as a black-furred puma with a supernatural roar.
