He looks a bit like Lich from the first Final Fantasy.
Boss of the 3rd floor of apollyon SE. He is weak to slashing type attacks. (its the backwards apollyon where mobs are weak to what they are normally strong to) Watch out for his charm move and try to kill him fast because fights can get messy when tanks become charmed. Luckily he isnt too bad- a few melees and blms and he goes down fairly quickly.
