General Information

• Will roam along the area west of the starting area of Dynamis - Buburimu, along the coasts.

• Killing this dragon prior to fighting Apocalyptic Beast will prevent the latter from using the ability Thornsong.

• If Apocalyptic Beast is killed before Koschei, Koschei will despawn.

Koschei's Special Attacks

• Thornsong: Self target Damage Spikes effect (Effect can be dispelled).

Historical Information

In Russian folklore, the Koschei was an evil being that was described as an entity that looked old and was fairly hard to kill. Its soul was hidden outside of its body, in a needle, which lay in an egg, held within a duck, which is inside a hare, which in turn is stored in an iron chest underneath a green oak tree located on the island of Buyan. If the chest were to be opened, the hare will dart away. If the hare is killed, the duck will emerge and try to fly off. If people kill the duck and then obtain the egg, they gain hold over the Koschei and has the ability to weaken the Koschei. Breaking the needle within the egg will kill the Koschei.
