SummaryValah, the Mithra girl, wants you to impress her with a certain gift. WalkthroughTalk to Valah Molkot, the young Mithra, in front of the residential area in Port Bastok at (J-12). She mumbles something about a red flower. What she wants you to give her is an Amaryllis. You can buy it at the shop in Upper Jeuno M & P's Market, or at an auction house under Materials/Alchemy. When you obtain the flower, go back to Valah and trade it to her. Your reward is the option to exit from the residential area in Bastok to the following areas: Port Bastok, Bastok Markets and Bastok Mines. Quest SeriesThis quest is part of a series of quests to allow you to exit to various parts of a city from your Mog House.

I went to Jeuno and bought the Amaryllis for less than 100 gil, returned to Bastok and gave it to her and completed the quest.
I'm planning to do it with all other countries as well, it's worth it.

I grew an Amarylis without knowing there was a quest for it...just as well i had 2 left ^^

Just did this no problem...Read it off of here, went to the AH bought the flower, went to her, talked to her, then traded and it was done. One question though how many areas are in Bastok? When I left my Mog House I only had the Mines, Market and Port. Will it only list areas you have been to?

Thats because the metalworks, where the gov't offices are, dont have a residential exit. Therefore, all you get are the mines, market, and port. Just as a note, there are 2 residential area exits on either side of the metalworks (in the market).

Does anyone know if completing this quest will let you leave anywhere if you only have a Rent-a-room? I'm a Windurst native...

Yes. If this is a "Rent-a-Room" you can still exit to any city zone. In the game, the NPCs refer to this as "Learning the back alleys of (insert city name here)." This holds true for all exit quests in all cities.

Just remember, each city has thier own exit quest. A Lady's Heart is only for Bastok. If you go to another country, gotta do the exit quest for that country.

-it's tough being adorrred by hundrrreds, but i guess i'll have to get used to it

I tried giving her a Carnation as it was a red flower and I knew where to buy those. She said it was pretty, but told me she was looking for an Amaryllis. I suspect she would do the same thing if you gave her a rose.

she wasn't that hard to find...i guess you guys just need to look there before you ask about where she is...
when i talked to her, she mentioned something about "red flower" but then came back to my attention and talked more about the gardening stuff. so she never actually asked me for a flower, i just gave her one.
once i did that, she mentioned the flower by name and said, if i have more, feel free to give them to her. wonder if giving her more adds any value?

just go to bastok ports, go to the mog houses, face the mog house, then look behind you and shes there, shes probably the smallest npc i've seen so you might not see her without rotating if your galka/elven and tall

She's a mithran child, a very common sight in Windy. I have only been to the three starter cities so far but it seems (if I recall corretly) that all these quests for the multiple exits from your mog house involve a mithran child NPC. I wish we could choose to create our characters as children, the kids are cute! ^_^

She's located over by the residential area in the Port Bastok. If you go to your Mog House and come out you'll be looking right at her.

Welli bought the item but i can't find this women i have no clue where she is i loked all over i think they might have removed here from the game i don't know i ma just a noob still but i don't see her in the fairy server

BTW: you buy the flower and give it to Valah Molkot, I couldn't find this "Pure Lady" person but Valah Molkot accepted it and it unlocked the ability to leave from any exit.

You can find the Amaryllis or Lilac or whatever flower in the AH under Materials/Alchemy.
Each starting city has a quest like this and they each want a different flower.

Not all towns ask for a flower. Jeuno MH exit quest doesnt ask for a flower (as in sandy, windy, and bastok). it asks for a rock, which can be bought in AH also under Materials>Goldsmithing

You don't actually need to activate the quest; you can just give her the amaryllis. A lot of quests work that way.

I found Valah Molkot and I am not sure how to activate the quest. All she talks about is gardening. Thanks for the help
