I went here today scouting ahead before i complete this mission later with my LS. I noticed a few things that haven't been mentioned anywhere else. First off sneak is worthless when popping this mob, he attacked me even with sneak on so you will have to kill the Demonic Pugil at the spawn point. Second, Mijin Gakure did incredible damage to it. As a lvl 17 ninja i did 372 damage to it with Mijin Gakure. And lastly, you cannot reraise and get the miraclesalt, i tried it and got "There is nothing out of the ordinary here" just before getting torn apart by the pugil. Good luck to anyone from Bastok who is going to have to do this mission.

2. A physical attack is useless.
3. Those who can use Elemental Magic(Black Mage , Red Mage) are
required.
4. It pushes down, after putting one animal to sleep at a time.
5. Full Alliance is required.
