Any and all "Antican Centurio" named mobs, are PLDs... however, there is a series of "Centurio xx-xx" Notorious Monsters... they are not all PLDs. There are some PLD, BLM, RNG, and spread throughout the Kuzotz region. These include the NMs that drop the Intruder Earring (Centurio XI-II) and the Shaman's Cloak (Centurio X-I). Also one of the NMs for BM 8-1.
ZM6, the BCNM in which you fight the NM above, is a battle against THREE antican NMs, there is a PLD, a RNG, and a BLM... the one pictured is clearly the PLD. But the RNG has a similar name (Centurio XI-I).
So no. This is not a RNG mob.

You sure it's not a PLD-RNG? Some mobs have two full level jobs. (Maat, Ark Angels and some HNMs)

this is most definatly NOT a ranger class mob.....
the Picture posted above clearly depicts this mob holding a sword and shield...never seen a ranger mob do that......also,the ranger type anticans wear cloak-like garments like the signifer type ants(mages) and they use daggers.

I thought that of this mob at first too, but I assure you it's a Ranger.
As a fun side note, as a Taru BLM67, I took its EES to the face... and LIVED! XD

hmmm... Centurio X-I NM is a BLM so not all Centurio are PLD ^^; i like your quote
