Does anyone know what this guy is guarding?
The super mysterious "Restriced Area!" So far, I've never seen any purpose to it, unless there's some quest/mission that has you go there, or maybe SE has something planned there for an update/CoP.
He is also used for the Stamp Hunt quest; he gives you one of the seven stamps. That's the only thing going for him right now.
