EDIT: After fighting this thing three times, we determined that it's definitely NOT a lottery (it popped about the same time as a Treant). It pops on its own, in the 21-24 hour time block.
Weeping Willow spawns, as the map shows, up by the Aged Arbor, only accessible via Beaucedine. This tree spawns 21-24 hours after its last death, like an HNM, although no title is given. It's quite easy, like a normal Treant (also in that area), except that it spawns 6 Sobbing Saplings at 1/2 life. At 0 life, right about when it fades from the screen,Lumber Jack appears. He's the "real" NM, and requires at least a party of 65s to have no trouble (we did it with 4 65s, but it was a small challenge).

Killing Weeping Willow Force pops LumberJack, I learned this the hard way, almost died to lumber jack made it to the zoen with like 67hp^^.
If no on engages LumberJack within a certain tiem limit it will despawn and soon after the Weeping Willow will spawn again giving you another chance at him.

This guy is also the placeholder for the NM Lumber Jack.
i was farming treants and he spawned.. he conned easy prey so i figured, "pffft i can solo toughs still as a lvl 50 nin.. i just gotta keep blink up and his *** is mine!" by the time i got him down to half of his health i was still at full.. then surprise! about 8(maybe 6, i dunno but it was still a lot) of saplings spawned and started attacking me.. they ripped through my utsusemi so i frantically slammed my mijin gakure macro (22 minutes remaining) hahahaha
