Swashtox Beadblinker is a female. According to Joseacomplicatedelvaanname's Mission in the original Tribune, male Goblin names end in "-ix" while female Goblin names end in "-ox".
Notorious for dropping a codpiece. Especially when partying with many females.

ok heres what _i_ have so far.gonna try and take him down today.
hes not a "lotto" pop, this guy is probably like 21-24 or 72 hour pop, might even have a HQ version, altho im not sure. The reason i say this is because you do not have to kill the swordsman to make him pop, swordsman depops and he spawns in its place.
followed by TWO MOBS, no blm... a rdm and a whm.
theres a RDMish mob that wanders near the area, and also a bugbear, theres also a bst and another war type somewhat near but wont get too close.
My strat that im gonna try, sence im just guessing at this.
gonna get a nin first of all, im a whm, gonna bring a BLM to do the damage, and then the important part, like 3 RDMS or 2 RDMS 1 BRD 2 BRD 1 RDM or somthing, Sleepers is what you need. sleep the links so you can just kill the damn NM.
that is all i have at this moment . ill post back later if we take him down.

Coolest sword ever. Period.
Why does everyone assume you need an alliance for everything? Friends of mine took him out with less than a party of people.
Yeah, he's a lotto spawn off of the Goblin Swordsman who walks at (I wanna' say I-9) in the middle section of Newton Movalpolos, only accessible by hitting the Rusty Levers. This middle part is where Coffers are (Mimic =/) and maybe even Mining Points. You can get to the Mine Shaft this way.
The Goblin Swordsman is the Newton equivalent of the Goblin Freelance in Oldton - so he's being followed by a WHM, a RDM, and a BLM. Not to mention the Bugbear and a few other Moblins/Goblins that happen to be walking around that very same spot.
He drops the Darksteel Codpiece and the Pachamac's Collar.

dang it! i was really hoping to get my hands on one of those pachamac collars. It isn't even on the jueno AH listing, which means not only has it never sold, but it's never even been put up for sale. So i thought "maybe i could get some friends together and kill this beast." but taht was before i knew waht this beast is. oh well forget that. I'm gonna end up getting a boroka earring before i can get the collar.
I saw this guy when i was going in there with a couple of friends. You can access him by going through that opening that you can only get into if you hit the 3 switches on the top left, top right , and bottom right.
He's Crimson colored like the other gang leader type moblins and surrounded by lots of other high level mobs. So i'd imagine you'd need an alliance just to take out links and one party to take him out.
Newton NM? I'm scared.
