This NPC is used in Windy Quest "Early Bird Catches the Bookworm"
He will also require a trade of 1 Silverbeastcoin before he will give you the book back, so you can take it back to Tosuka-Porika (Optistery, Windy Waters).

Actually, no. This Yagudo isn't involved in Windurst Mission 1-3. The person you give food offerings to is Ghoo Pakya (G-7). Ther person you give the drink to is Laa Mozi (H-7). This yagudo has nothing to do with this mission.

This is one of the Yagudo NPCs in Giddeus. He's involved in Windurst mission 1-3, The Price of Peace. Since he's an NPC, he won't drop anything.
