anyone know what you do to fish these up in the caves, i know you have to fish them but i dont know with what just a sabiki rig or what?

I've honestly never seen this thing in Ordelles Cave, and I've been all throughout the area for the last few days.
Chyme is there of course, and the Jelly's near the Drop down, but I've never seen this one.

Is that one of those ghosts in the background there? I'm scared now. o_o
