When does this think pop and whats the drop rate for it?i need it foor my war.

yeah i have submitted a correction twice for the mobs in Misreaux Coast. the picture of the mob was mine to show that they are there, but for some reason they just used the pic and didn't add any of the mobs to the zone; ;

The soiled letter is for the quest Missionary Moblin in Oldton Movalpolos. An NPC moblin wants you to go to Davoi and find her brother, who went to preach to the orcs about Promathia. She says she stopped getting mail from him, and wants to know why. When you give her the letter, you get 4000 gil and can do the next quest for her once you zone. Her brother wanted to visit all the beastmen clans, so there will probably be a bunch of quests from her. :)

I haven't gotten this quest completed, but in oldtown m. there's a new NPC... at least i think he's new.
he's in the room that's like the spokes of a wheel. There's water there, too. On a platform with 2 moblin witchmans, he's just chilling there.
i talked to him and he said something about his brother not sending letters. Said his brother went to davoi to preach to the orcs.
I dont' have this letter yet, but someone thought that this letter you speak of is the quest item needed for the "Missionary Moblin" quest.
I'll come back later when i confirm this.

I was hunting these guys for a Key and he dropped a Soiled Letter. It's a RARE/EX item and the description says:
"This grimy letter has been sealed with red wax."
Anyone know what this is for? Mystery Tour or this place does not have it yet.
