if any aggressive mob that gets taken to the main zone in KRT, it was likely a BST pet that was released. BST can charm pets down there and bring them up, likely in the case when they are hecteye farming for the eye parts.
I used the bats when I went to the low-bie area and released them during the day so they would simply despawn. I doubt the scorps would do that much more damage on those too week mobs. But after the MPK update you could do the same thing with the scorps.
Haha yea i do that all the time, i farm Burning Hktk Eyes and sell them in Sauromuge campagin. I go as 70 RDM/BST and charm those mobs and bring them up top and inialate Spook, Crypt Ghost, and Goblin Gruel >=)
Verified, this is in the Tomb. Not sure how common it is, but my party killed it.

I think you can train it to the zone, zone out, then aggro it again and it'll come up the stairs. I was able to target my party members through the floor on the way to XP there. I'm only level 57, and I'm a taru black mage, so I'm in no position to try this.

They spawn in the higher level part of the tomb where you use the ??? to go down. How they follow people up to the lower lvl spots I don't understand.
As a response to those that have seen it in the tomb, I'm not surpised. The tomb has mobs that go up to 70 or so as you get deeper in, i.e. Cemetery Cherry. It's a much higher level place than anyone would expect. More than likely, some crazy person managed to train this. That, or the mob wandering system is screwed up and these things decided to visit the entrance...
I saw this guy in there when I went to camp the Spook/Crypt Ghost/Goblin Gruel.
He was originally in the first series of caves but eventually made his way to Tombstone killing every sad sack that got in his way.
I managed to sneak/invisible past him and he wound up being my own private body guard ^^ I had three Spook spawns all to myself.
Eventually a kindly level 73 monk came along and worked it and I was able to go raise all those that fell. Thanks Orelo! :D
I'm still curious how this huge monster wound up in a low-level place like King Ranperre's Tomb. I was going to wright it off as a Beastmaster with a mean streak having some fun, but after reading these other posts I find it too much of a coincidence that this would occur on multiple servers.

lol You think thats bad? I saw this wideo of someone who glitched Vrtra the entire way to the spook spawn. It was sad and hilarous at the same time. Half the people ran, a few of the people drew thier weapon thinking they could kill it and the others just stood there to be 1-shot KO'd. Meanwhile the glitcher somehow was hovering above the whole place tapeing this... he must have gotten angry at loosing the claim on spook lol.

I also saw this thing in King's Tomb. I had just finished fighting some gobs in the area and I saw it. I didn't know what lvl it was but it checked IT to me so I was going to rest up and eat a mithkabob then use 2hr and try to kill it then a little light went on in my head and said "Go online first and check the stats of this thing before you get killed." I'm glad I did I'm only a 21mnk/10thf. It probably would have killed me in 2-3 hits and I probably wouldn't have even hit it or hit it for 0 dmg. It was near the exit to Rounfare East and there was a dead guy there too so he must have aggroed it and it killed him before he could zone. Poor guy, I hope he got raised. I sent a shout out of his location.

i finally saw this scorpion the other day damn thing was scary did about 320 dmg in one hit to me course i came back with a whm that casted sneak on me and got some nice screenshots which ill see if i can get them up (then about 5 lvl 60's came and killed it in about 15 seconds or so)
