ebow is still better by far
you get 1 more ranged attack and agi compared to 3 acc 3 str
dmg is higher but by very little and its higher delay
bow is still this order relic > ebow > this bow > shigeto +1 > selenes

... I have multiple witnessess why didn't my HQ bow have the border around it?
It's a known problem about not having the HQ "White box". The problem was supposed to be fixed last update, but I guess SE didn't fix it lol.

Wierd thing about the synth is it dosent have an HQ border around it.

Making matters worse as far as when someone will get around to making a +1, the NQ version is *** compared to what else is available, which means the demand for the NQ will be ***, which means the NQ will probably sell for a lot less than the cost of the materials, which means that when you finally make a +1, you will have probably lost more money on materials than you would make selling the HQ. Not exactly incentive to attempt the HQ.
delay may be bigger but you also gota relize the good in that, bigger delay more tp, e bow may shiit faster but this does more out right dmg and has a higher dps. go look on somepage, the +1 is better then ebow in every way, other then the fact its a HQ off of a lvl 96 synth. withthis bow i believe you could ready barrage use sidewinder then shoot off barrage and then side winder again. the normel one, sucks. but honestly i can see this being used over Ebow . IF YOU GET ONE. so in scence yea, it wont be replacing ebow soon. as far as that dam dog i hear hes fairly easy. i can only see a drk using the sword though. if pld uses it then they cant use a shield. theres just to muc use for shield for pld and all of you (i hope) know that. WAR would use axe or Gaxe. no use for a Gsword. so you wont see pld or war using these in xp partys most likely but i guess if you want a bad *** skill up wep and have it as an option of just a wep to **** around with i guess its good for war or pld to use then. the ring as far as i am concerned is ****. so plz correct me if i'm wrong on any of this

Warriors can learn Groundstrike.
This won't replace either Ebow or Selenes Bow, and with the requirements to synth it, expect a higher cost than Ebow.
One of the members of Dynasty on Cerberus (the server) has this bow. They've been camping the NM since the release and have a bunch of Algols too.
actually it looks like a high end dmg bow, closer to a gendaw +1. The delay is WAY to high to replace the EBOW

It looks like a good bow, but a 96 synth? I doubt we'll see one of these anytime soon, and if we do, it'll probably sell for something rediculous, but happy day for the lucky ******* that actually synths one. =D
Yeah we just need to HQ a lvl 96 recipie, that includes a HNM drop. The NQ seems completely worthless unfortunately.
