These drop off a Troll named Hilltroll Puppetmaster in Mount Zhayolm. Its supposedly a lvl 79-83 mob that drops all the tier II parts, including:
Tension Spring II
Loudspeaker II
Accelerator II
Armor Plate II
Stabilizer II
Mana Jammer II
Auto-Repair Kit II
Mana Tank II
There's 8 other new ones that drop from a 60 cap ENM in Mine Shaft #2716 (I think it's called Pulling Strings or sumthin and I think it's a Humanoid mob with a moblin puppet(?)) My friend told me it drops:
Attuner
Tactical Processor
Drum Magazine
Equalizer
Target Marker
Mana Channeler
Eraser
Smoke Screen
Not exactly sure what these do since my PUP is too low to fight mob and not all of them have been put up in AH yet(Though the new attachments that have been put up are currently going for 300k-500k on Pandy).
